How do I cancel my HitTail subscription?
Log in to your HitTail account and go to the 'My Account' page. Under 'My Sites' click on 'View' next to the URL you want to cancel. This field will expand and you will see the option 'Cancel my subscription'. You will then be taken to PayPal site to process your cancellation. Please note that subscriptions are not refundable; once you cancel, you will not be charged starting the next billing period.
